What are the Reviews of Sunrise Apartments Vidyaranyapura Bangalore?

My father wanted to invest in Sunrise Apartments Vidyaranyapura, here are some his the main reasons behind doing so:

• This area has seen a lot of development and growth over the years. The famous Durga Temple has been the main reason for the rise in footfall there.

• Also, this project is near the KIA Bangalore Airport in Devanahalli.

The proximity to the airport will help in quick property value appreciation in the coming years. Also, this area will see more improvements and will stand the test of time in the years to come. He was happy with this property, so decided to book a flat here.

My brother was shifting from KR Puram to Vidyaranyapura. He looked for properties around there. When he heard of Sunrise Apartments review from one of our relatives, he paid a visit and learnt about the project details.

During the tour, I understood important connecting points around the project. Some of them were as follows:

• Kodigehalli Train Station is 9 minutes away. Yelahanka Railway Junction is 17 minutes away.

• Colombia Asia Hospital is 7.8 km away. Nagappa Hadli Hospital is 2.9 km away.

• More Supermarket is 1.9 km away and Maha Bazaar is 3.3 km away from this project.

There was a strong transport network around the area. One did not have to struggle to procure essentials. I liked the location and decided to invest in a flat here.
