Here is an an honest Suvan Shades review. I had glimpsed through the brochure and read that a wide range of amenities will be given. Residents will get a well-equipped gymnasium, a swimming pool, a children's play area and a clubhouse. I know I will spend many evenings relaxing and socialising there. Additionally, the society has 24/7 security, power backup and ample parking space. Though, I hope more amenities are given in Suvan Shades. Let me give you all the information I have on Suvan Shades.The project has been registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA). The id is P52100019505. The unit size and price were also very reasonable, considering the amenities and location. People can choose between 1 BHK and 2 BHK. My flat is a 2BHK unit with a carpet area of 655 sq ft, and I paid approximately Rs 75 lakhs for it. The possession date of the flat was December 2022. Most of the units have been handed over to the buyers. The construction is almost finished in this 2 acre project.

Hey,
I have been looking at properties for the past 3 months. Finally, I purchased a flat at Suvan Shades. The location of the society was a big factor for me. It is situated in Mundhwa, Pune. Cafes(Cafe Peterdonuts, Dilli 6, Shree Krishna) and restaurants are found within walking distance. There are several hotels nearby as well. Novotel Pune Nagar Road and the Hyatt Regency Pune to name a few. The society is also close to medical and educational infrastructure, such as the Ruby Hall Clinic, Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital and The Bishop's School, all within a 15-minute drive. For me, finding this society was an absolute win.
