Svasa Homes is a well-developed and well-structured project. I have researched a lot about it and I have read the Svasa Homes review which says that they have very roomy apartments in an excellent neighbourhood. Svasa Homes also has access to convenient public transit options, such as metro, buses, autos, and other hired vehicles. I also feel like the price is quite reasonable for the flats offered. Everything within 2 to 3 kilometres can be verified by Google Maps, including the ease of access to markets, grocers, schools, colleges, nationalised and cooperative banks, coaching centers, hospitals, theatres, malls, and industrial areas.

The apartments in

look gorgeous online, but in person, it appears pretty dated. I hired a knowledgeable guide to give me a visit to the apartments, which was an extremely costly decision. I also read a
Svasa Homes review that said that the apartment strategy is
based on Ramakrishna's mathematics. The apartments more closely resemble a resort than an apartment. There is a sizable swimming pool on the terrace of the building. CBD, Jayanagar, Banashankari, Majestic Station, Central Railway Station, and other metro stations are all conveniently close by. But I am a little confused about investing in
Svasa Homes. I am waiting for some more reviews to decide on it.
