What are the Reviews of Swastik Divine, Mulund East, Mumbai?

I was intrigued by the Swastik Divine price when I looked it up online on NoBroker. I had been intending to buy a property for a year, but I had to back off because of money. This project is reasonably priced, at least. Here, flats range in price from Rs 1.13 Crores to Rs 2.73 Crores. The apartment carpet areas are as follows:

Right now, the Swastik Divine completion status is approaching full-fledged. They will be able to finish it by December 2026, as far as I think.

In June 2023, I went to the Swastik Divine with my uncle, who had reserved an apartment here. I visited other projects in that area like

HS Pearl

 and

Neelam Senroofs

. Let me list some of the main issues I believe this Swastik Divine project has:

• The fact that the apartments are so small without a deck is one of the main problems.

• Mulund East and the Mumbai International Airport are 16 kilometers apart.

• According to me, the Swastik Divine construction status is going very slowly. I don’t think they will complete their project on time.

• Living here is going to be hard for me. There's not much to get excited about in terms of residence. 

• The Swastik Divine price is also very high as per the size of the flat.

Nonetheless, the 2 BHK flat in Neelam Senroofs is incredibly roomy. It has about 894 square feet of built-up area. Aside from this, their amenities are superior, fairly decent, and well-equipped to Swastik Divine. So, I decided to book a 2 BHK flat for my family in Neelam Senroofs.

I think the Swastik Divine location is fantastic. It is close to Tata Colony, Mulund East, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Mulund East MHADA Bus Station is just 3 minutes away from this project. This project is located close to numerous other bus stations. Aside from that, you may easily travel from here to a variety of markets, including Mahavir General Stores, Wholesale Lead, malls (Max, R Mall, Dealtz, etc.), and other locations. I went to this project twice, and by the next year, I am planning to finalise a 2 BHK, 649 sq ft here. As the Swastik Divine possession date is scheduled for December 2026, I intend to wait for a minimum of one year.
