Tata Serein is an
excellent residential project in a very good locality. I went to the project site and I can say that the sales staff were very cooperative. They showed us the sample flat which was ready and it was beautiful but very small. They also told us that a swimming pool, sauna, yoga/meditation area, landscape garden, gym, clubhouse, etc are some of the amenities that are promised.
But I would say that the
Tata Serein price
is too high according to the location. And the flat size is too small. I will share the price and size details with you so that you can decide for yourself.

I love the
project location of Tata Serein along with the behaviour of the sales staff.
The entire sales team was very cooperative. They took me through the complete project and provided me with every minute detail. I wanted a 2 BHK apartment and this ongoing project and the professionals were so approachable that they gave me inside-out specifics.

Tata Serein review, I will tell you my booking experience with the.
We purchased 1 BHK at Tata Serein Thane. On the day we booked the flat we had a pathetic experience till the possession date. The proposed
Tata Serein possession date was 31st March 2023. We got possession of our flat on
28th April 2023. And since that day there has been an unclaimed car parked in the parking area allotted to me. We have asked Tata Serien Sales management, Security managers and Tata estate manager to kindly vacate our parking but to date, they are not doing anything regarding it. I have also noticed that there is no proper security maintained on the premises. Please think twice before you buy a flat in Tata Serein Thane.
