Although TG Heritage is situated in a beautiful area, the traffic is intolerably bad. Earlier, I had to take a bus 2.4 kilometers away to get there in around an hour. However, now, it is close to a number of metro stations, which helps me escape traffic and reach my place quickly. Here are some amenities you can use:

You can reserve 1.5, 2.5, and 3 BHK flats under this project in addition to 1 BHK of 617 sq ft and 2 BHK of 699 sq ft. I went through their floor plan. You may see it below as well:

  • 1 BHK - 617 sq ft

  • 1.5 BHK - 648 sq ft

  • 2 BHK - 699 sq ft or 712 sq ft

  • 2.5 BHK - 872 sq ft

  • 2 BHK - 971 sq ft

The rooms at TG Heritage, Vajarahalli, Bengaluru, are capacious. The unit has a fantastic outlook. A person that I know has reserved a flat here. Possession will be granted to them in December 2027. The property has an initial selling price of Rs. 70.11 lakh. Despite this, I believe the price points are reasonable considering the project's stunning architecture and the floor layouts for the 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK flats.
