I just went to the First City project after I heard of it from several people. When I reached there, I found out that It is simple to reach from Perumbakkam. The specifications and facilities are fantastic and very impressive. It includes an AV room, basketball court, beach volleyball, clubhouse swimming pool and lobby, fire camp swimming pool, game arcade, futsal court, indoor play area, hockey area and indoor and outdoor gym. If you get such facilities in affordable rates, I don’t think you should miss out on this one. This is all I had to say about the Casagrand First City review.

One of my close friends shared his Casagrand First City review with me. He said he cancelled a booked apartment in Phase 3 which he had originally scheduled. He said in times of heavy rain, access to the neighbourhood and the apartment are both impossible. And what is the point if you face such problems even after paying such a huge amount? I have seen an ad for this project when I was scrolling through social media. Its Roman-era construction showcases a distinct and unique architecture and it made me take a look in detail. So I contacted the sales team and inquired a little more about the project. They offer very good clubhouse facilities and the sales crew provided good assistance. They have 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with square feet ranging from 1126 to 2325 sq ft. So I booked a 2 BHK flat and just eagerly waiting to get the possession. I will generally spread the word about Casagrand because of its quality and reasonable price. This was my genuine Casagrand First City review.
