What are the Reviews of the Nirala Estate Phase 2, Noida Phase-2?

My primary goal in visiting this property was for investment. So, the first thing that I enquired about was the Nirala Estate Phase 2 RERA number. A salesperson told me it was UPRERAPRJ519100. He also told me that the project has around 8 buildings and is close to areas such as Gaur Chowk, Fortis Hospital, PVR Cinemas, etc, all of which is within a 13 minutes' distance from the property. I understood that because of the presence of these, the price would go up in the coming years and hence I bought a 3 BHK apartment. The size of the apartment was 1385 sq. ft. and it cost me Rs. 1.5 crore. 

My cousin told me about this, as I was looking for a spacious 3 BHK apartment. After learning about it from him, I visited the Nirala Estate Phase 2

location, which was near Sarvottam International School, Tech Zone IV, Noida Phase-2, Greater Noida West/ Noida Extension. I was looking for an apartment where I can move in faster and so the first thing I asked about was the Nirala Estate Phase 2 possession date, which was in May 2025. Next, I enquired about the price of the apartments, which a salesperson told me was starting from Rs. 1.35 Crore. This seemed right to me and thus I planned to buy a 2 HK house here.

I was looking for a good project close to my office and came across this project. I visited the Nirala Estate Phase 2 location to learn about the details. One of the first things that I enquired about were the amenities. A sales executive told me they have a gigantic swimming pool, which is well- maintained and gets cleaned regularly. Along with that, they also have various indoor and outdoor games facilities such as basketball court, badminton court, tennis court, etc. They also have a skating rink and rainwater harvesting. Apart from all that, this project is quite close to a few great locations, such as.

• Gaur Chowk extension, which is under two minutes by car.

• Kailash hospital, 1.1 km 

• St. John's School, 1.7 km

• PVR Cinemas, 5.5 km 

After learning about all this information, I have planned to purchase an apartment here.

While searching for apartments in Noida, I came across an ad for this project. To learn more about it, I planned to visit the Nirala Estate Phase 2 location, which is near Sarvottam International School, Tech Zone IV, Noida Phase-2, Greater Noida West/ Noida Extension. During my visit, I enquired about the Nirala Estate Phase 2 unit configuration and the price from the sales executive. I have added the details he shared with me in a table below. 

The price of the apartments was quite within my budget, and this is why I purchased a 3BHK unit here. 

My cousin shared his Nirala Estate Phase 2 reviews with me since I was looking for a spacious 3 BHK apartment and he stayed nearby. I came to know that the apartments available here are very spacious and they receive a lot of natural light and fresh air. I visited the project location and asked about the Nirala Estate Phase 2 possession date. The sales team mentioned is May 2025. The possession date was quite close, and the price mentioned by them was within my budget. To decide whether to purchase an apartment here or not, I enquired about the Nirala Estate Phase 2 RERA number, which is UPRERAPRJ519100. After this, I bought a 3 BHK unit. 

Nirala Estate Phase 2 is an under-construction project. The sales team informed me that the expected possession is by June 2023.

I visited this project last month. I discovered the Nirala Estate Phase 2 is a luxury residential development in Techzone 4, Noida Extension by Nirala World. Nirala Estate apartments are of the following configurations: 

There are a total of 5 towers and 24 levels in Nirala Estate Phase 2. This project consists of 544 apartments. I really liked the project. I’d like to suggest you visit the premise before booking an apartment here.

I booked an apartment in Nirala Estate Phase 2. This is a RERA registered project and
