Think 100 times before you book a flat at prestige mulund. The stuff especially crm is team is rediculous. I have a booked a flat at Bellenza, mulund. 10% amount was due and told them that I will delay the payment by 1-2 week then their crm team started harassing me. They called me 5 times in 24 hours. They told me that there will be late payment interest charges. I told them I am fine with it still They called me thrice to make payment immediately. I am thinking to file a harassment case with them. I can't cancel the booking as registration is done.
