I booked an apartment in this project. I am writing this Timber Leaf review to enlist the locational advantages of this project. This project is situated in a strategic location. It is only 1.3 Km from my son’s school, ZPHS Govt Upper Primary School. The nearby banks are State Bank Of India which is at 5.1km, Axis Bank at 5.7km, and Andhra Bank at 5.8km. Nearby hospitals are Shanthi Multispeciality which is at 5.4km, and Jeeva Hospital at 5.5km. It is because of all these locational advantages that I booked an apartment here.

The price according to me was quite high.

Timber Leaf is well-secured because of its 24/7 security and fire safety measures. Along with this, they are also providing a watchman tracking device. There is no problem with power, as there is 24hrs generator backup. Also, the presence of solar fencing, solar water heating system, and water recycling plants makes this project an ideal one to reside in.
