What are the Reviews of Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb, Panvel, Mumbai?

I recently learned that my best friend has bought a 2 BHK unit for this project. So, I planned to do the same, but before that, wanted to know if they had the proper permissions or not. I got in touch with them and asked them about the Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb RERA number, which is P52000053782.

A friend of mine told me about the Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb project. I checked some reviews of the project and asked him to tag along as I was planning to check the project. After visiting the site, I enquired whether they had RERA approval or not. The executive there told me that they have RERA approval, and the ID is P52000053782. 

Following this, I asked about the Today Saubhagyam Zindagi Ke Kareeb possession date, which he told me was December 2028. This was way too long for me, and because of that, I had to back off. So, I am planning to visit and check the following projects in the same locality:

• Arihant Aspire

• Highlands Godrej City
