What are the Reviews Of Total Environment Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody, ITPL, Bangalore?

I visited the project last week and oh boy the Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody location is brilliant. It is on ITPL's main road in the heart of Whitefield. Nearby projects include Prestige Shantiniketan, Vaswani Exquisite, Godrej Splendour and so on. Phoenix Market City and Nexus Mall are close by. Hospitals like Motherhood and Malti Manipal are a stone's throw away, making Pursuit of Radical Rhapsody a great project location-wise. Nearby localities include Brookfield, Mahadev Pura, KR Puram, and Hoodi, which have fairly developed infrastructure and offer good entertainment options, cafes and eateries.  Hoodi Metro station has improved connectivity in the ITPL area. There is a lake close to the apartment premises and most of the apartments offer stunning views, not to mention how spacious and eco-friendly these houses will be.

Pursuit of Radical Rhapsody Litigation Issue

I had heard of litigation issues on the project, but during my visit, the Total Environment legal team clarified that there is NO litigation on the project Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody.  However, there is frivolous litigation by the name of “Ashok Kumar vs Veerappa and Ors “. The legal team also mentioned that the project has been wrongly impleaded in this case and are unrelated parties. Also, this case is sub-judice and not yet decided. The information being referred to above is factually incorrect. The TE legal team promised that irrespective of any litigation on the Project, they will offer a full title indemnity to the allottees to cater for any such unforeseen event. While they understand that these litigations are most times filed with the intention to extract money from them, the legal team prefers the law take its due course. The allottees are always protected by law when it comes to the title of the land. So people who are looking for ultra-luxury and tranquillity in the heart of the city's tech hub can go ahead with this project.

I booked a flat here in 2021 and I have found them to be very dependable and competent, and they provided me with fantastic information in response to my request. Since I had no idea how to go with this endeavour, they performed a fantastic job of assisting me. I'd want to express my gratitude for the assistance and the suggestions.

Also, I love that the Pursuit of Radical Rhapsody floor plan is also really good. They charge as per the space they offer.  A 3 BHK’s area ranges between 2561-4100 sq. ft. and a 4 BHK’s area ranges between 5129-5679 sq. ft. I am really happy with my investment.

My sister lives on rent in the same locality and she was thinking of buying a flat in Radical Rhapsody. She gave me her Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody Total Environment review. At night, they generate noise, because their construction work is still not complete and the decibel levels are significantly higher than what is allowed.

Although I would like to mention that their concept is sound, it is pricey, and more importantly, it lacks implementation and delivery reliability. Total Environment Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody resale will also not bear sweet fruits, I am sure.
