What are the Reviews of Trinity Greens, Wakad, Pune?

While investing in this project, the salesperson informed me that the Trinity Greens possession date of my apartment was in June 2022. He also shared the Trinity Greens RERA number with me, which was P52100021005. Before investing, I made sure to look around and found that this project offers various amenities and I’ll share a few of them here:

• Sun Deck

• Rain Water Harvesting

• Water Softener Plant 

• Video Door Security 

• Earthquake Resistance

• Toddler Pool

• Sewage Treatment Plant

• Power Back-Up Lift

Overall, I liked the property and purchased a 2BHK immediately.

My friend moved here a few months ago, and she shared her Trinity Green reviews with me when I was considering this property. She told me that this property covers a total of 1.25 acres and its unit size is from 480 sq ft to 865 sq ft. Additionally, she said that the Jethani Developer constructed 1 and 2 BHK premium homes here. When I asked for the Trinity Green price, she said 1BHK starts here at Rs 20 lakhs. She also informed me of its location advantages. Some of them were like:

• You can go Wakad easily approximately 13 km to Talawade MIDC Technology Park via the Chinchwad-Akurdi Link Road.

• Sri Balaji University, Indira College, Wisdom World School, and Euro School all exist in or around the neighbourhood.

• Wakad's retail sector is thriving, because of adjacent shopping malls such as Pristine Square, SPOT 18, and Xion Mall.

Apart from this, she said Trinity Greens is a well-planned community that offers every convenience required for a comfortable way of life. I am very much impressed with her reviews, so I am planning to visit her by next weekend and check the property.

In my Trinity Greens reviews, I will rate this property 4 out of 5 because it's a well-planned community. Hence, I planned to invest in this property after visiting it personally.
