My uncle resides in Chennai at Trinity Park. When I visited him, I asked Trinity Park unit configurations. He said there are 2 and 3 BHK options available. There are 15 towers consisting of 164 units. The total project area was 10 acres with enough open space. From what I saw, construction quality is decent, you can actually come here and take a look yourself before arriving at a decision.

While checking out a few properties in Chennai, my relatives there had heard very positive things about Trinity Park and asked me to have a look. I went to the project and found that the project was completed in Jan 2012. There were a couple of flats which were on sale.
I took a tour of the society with the manager and noted it had a gym, indoor gaming zone, power backup facility and fire safety. The amenities were good enough for me.
My relative said that they will take a few days to finish their due diligence. If everything is smooth, they will invest here.
My cousin is looking at properties in Chennai and she said that Trinity Park has been on her list as well. She told me about her initial research and mentioned that Trinity Park location is at 7C, Bharathiyar Nagar Main Rd, Choolaima Nagar, Thoraipakkam. From what I remember, the society is 15 mins from Taramani Train Station.
Since she will be living with my elderly aunt, she needed a place with easy access to hospitals. Sugan Hospital and Sri Krishna Hospital were within a 3.7 km radius. There are supermarkets in the area to fulfil basic needs. I asked her to ensure that the locality is safe before considering any investment there.
