Tulip Purple location is a bit secluded in my opinion. Although the offerings are enticing and amenities are good too. I am sure anyone who wants a quiet life and has good budget can go for a 4BHK here. The property price starts at Rs 2.59 crore. I am still not sure if I would want to put this much money on the project. I think there are many other new and upcoming projects that you can check out.

He went to the project and learnt from the residents that they have been facing issues. Apparently, RWA is non-cooperative. The maintenance is not up to the mark as well. I would suggest you go and take a look yourself before deciding on investment here.
