One of my relatives wanted to purchase a property in Sion. So we consulted a real estate agent in our area. He showed us this property. He said, in Sion West, Mumbai, a reputed developer constructed the Tulsi Bhavan Apartment. We liked the Tulsi Bhavan apartment's floor plan as it features 3 floors that are created for you to live a lavish life. It also had amenities we wanted like 24-hour water supply, electricity backup, parking space, security personnel, etc. Then after a week, that relative of mine purchased an apartment here.

I have been living in Sion since my childhood and I even completed my education here. Now that I’m married, we all wanted to shift to a new home. So we started our research for spacious 1 BHK apartments. We found 1 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 450 sq ft in Mumbai at Tulsi Bhavan. It was for Rs.30 Lakhs and that was good for us.
