Uday Cresent is built on 4-acre land. I went to the launch party and noted that there are four towers with 250 units in total. The Udaya Cresent unit configurations are of 3 BHK flats.
The last I tracked, flat prices are between Rs. 1.57 crore and Rs. 1.90 crore. Given the price point and project rapport, I think it is decent pricing. You can actually visit and ascertain if it is worth investing here or not.

My niece moved to Hyderabad 7 years ago and has finally bought a house in Udaya Cresent. I asked her for the Uday Cresent location. She said it is near Maharishi Vidya Mandir School in Kondapur Telangana. When she told us about the investment, we asked her about the amenities. She mentioned that there is a gym, park to take strolls, clubhouse and community hall among many other things. We saw the videos and think the society is well maintained. I am visiting her the next month, I am excited to see where she lives.
