Hi Shahid, I read a lot of Urban Company painting reviews. I decided to go ahead with booking their painting services after going through positive remarks. I thought of them as professional, but their staff lacked training and decent behaviour. 

Their painting staff is slow in painting a room and they even behave badly with the customer. They were incompetent enough to mismatch the colours selected by us. They even refused to refund the money. I recommend you look for someone reliable and professional rather than using Urban Company.

My first experience with Urban Company was good. After six years, I finally made the decision to paint my home, so I was eager to get started and booked the service from Urban Company. However, they didn't reschedule on the appropriate date because they couldn't locate a painter on that date. Moreover, they allotted a painter as per my upcoming schedule, and he did excellent work and behaved well. Additionally, he suggested that I select 1 wall in a different shade and the remaining 3 walls in the same colour scheme. I was nervous, but the outcome in the hall was fantastic. In one word, I would like to sum up the Urban Company Bangalore review by saying that the overall experience was very bad. I recently booked painting services from UC to paint my house. However, the person they assigned was a complete liar who ruined my furniture and damaged costly things while "painting." He painted 600 square feet in 15 days while leaving my personal bathroom nasty. UC sent over an unskilled painter who put in only one hour a day for work.
