What I liked about
Urban Skyline was its pricing. 2 BHK flats are priced at ₹60 lacs for an area of 695 sq. ft. and 3 BHK flats are priced at ₹89 lacs for an area of 1103 sq. ft. I have even visited the project and the apartments are spacious. But I got an Urban Skyline review that different
housing society residents in Ravet allege that the water they consume is tainted, which has an adverse effect on their health. This may also happen with the residents of
Urban Skyline.
Also, there is no college, no garages, no police station nearby, weak police patrols, few shops nearby, heavy traffic, no availability of cars, and no hospital within 6kms.
I don’t think investing in
Urban Skyline is a good idea.

I have visited the
Urban Skyline a few times and also talked to a few residents living nearby regarding the area of Ravet.
Most of the residents of Ravet complained of frequent power outages. Although I asked the builder about this and he assured me that no such issue is bound to arise at
Urban Skyline. But what I could figure out through my visits is that
this developing neighbourhood becomes dangerous after dark because of the open land parcels there. I also read the same in the
Urban Skyline review on the internet.
I have two daughters and I cannot take any risk when it comes to their safety. So I am not going to invest in
Urban Skyline.

is ideally situated next to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and connected to Hinjewadi IT park without any difficulty. My office is in the Hinjewadi IT park, so this is the prime reason I want to invest here. I also came across an
Urban Skyline review on Facebook which said that
aside from being close to Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Zone and Hinjewadi IT Hub in Pune, the project is also bordered by hospitals, schools, and markets, making living much more comfortable.

I have invested in this project mainly for my ageing parents so I find this facility to be very useful for them. I have also read an Urban Skyline review that the project blends an unmatched range of living experiences, including walking trails, magnificently manicured gardens, reflexology paths, cutting-edge clubhouses, classic leisure halls, and much more. These are in addition to the basic facilities.
