What are the reviews of Urban Skyline, Ravet, Pune?

The Urban Skyline reviews that I have heard to date are all positive. Since we were also planning to invest in a 2 BHK, my husband and I visited it last month and liked it very much. This project will provide an ample number of extraordinary amenities to its residents, and that is what attracted us the most. It will have 

• Sports facilities like a cricket play area, a football field, a badminton court, a squash court, an aerobics room, a cycling track, and others

• It will ensure 24*7 security, power backup, and water supply to the homeowners.

• Urban Skyline will also have a large party hall, a landscape garden, a sewage treatment facility, a multipurpose room, and others.

We even found the Urban Skyline price affordable. The properties here start from around Rs 80 lakhs and go up to around Rs 1.3 crores. Urban Skyline is worth investing in, so you must check it out at least once.

We have already planned to have a 3 BHK here, and since the Urban Skyline possession date, April 2025, is nearing, we are planning to finalise a property by next month. This project is worth having a property in. The properties are spacious; it is situated in a strategic location, and the price also seems fair to us. You must know that in this project, you will find

• 2, 3, and 4 BHK properties ranging between 755 sq ft to 2,220 sq ft

• It will have just 3 towers and comprise just 584 units.

• Urban Skyline is being constructed by the Urban Space Creators Builder, a reputed real estate developer in India, so be assured that they will deliver quality projects without any legal dispute.

We are recommending this project to everyone who is looking for premium properties in Pune and will do the same for you. Trust me, Rachita, you will love it.

What I liked about

Urban Skyline was its pricing. 2 BHK flats are priced at ₹60 lacs for an area of 695 sq. ft. and 3 BHK flats are priced at ₹89 lacs for an area of 1103 sq. ft. I have even visited the project and the apartments are spacious. But I got an Urban Skyline review that different

housing society residents in Ravet allege that the water they consume is tainted, which has an adverse effect on their health. This may also happen with the residents of

Urban Skyline.

Also, there is no college, no garages, no police station nearby, weak police patrols, few shops nearby, heavy traffic, no availability of cars, and no hospital within 6kms.

I don’t think investing in

Urban Skyline is a good idea.

I have visited the

Urban Skyline a few times and also talked to a few residents living nearby regarding the area of Ravet.

Most of the residents of Ravet complained of frequent power outages. Although I asked the builder about this and he assured me that no such issue is bound to arise at

Urban Skyline. But what I could figure out through my visits is that

this developing neighbourhood becomes dangerous after dark because of the open land parcels there. I also read the same in the

Urban Skyline review on the internet. 

I have two daughters and I cannot take any risk when it comes to their safety. So I am not going to invest in

Urban Skyline.

Benefits of living in

Urban Skyline located in Ravet, Pune is that it

is ideally situated next to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway and connected to Hinjewadi IT park without any difficulty. My office is in the Hinjewadi IT park, so this is the prime reason I want to invest here. I also came across an

Urban Skyline review on Facebook which said that

aside from being close to Pimpri Chinchwad Industrial Zone and Hinjewadi IT Hub in Pune, the project is also bordered by hospitals, schools, and markets, making living much more comfortable.

I will be investing here very soon.

rovide wheelchairs and unique 24-hour ambulance services to ensure prompt aid for medical emergencies. I have invested in this project mainly for my ageing parents so I find this facility to be very useful for them. I have also read an Urban Skyline review that the project blends an unmatched range of living experiences, including walking trails, magnificently manicured gardens, reflexology paths, cutting-edge clubhouses, classic leisure halls, and much more. These are in addition to the basic facilities.
