The metro connection to the rest of the city is something I really like about this location. There is also easy access to public transportation. The neighbourhood boasts well-kept roadways and well-lit streets. When it comes to power outages, they happen on occasion due to technical issues. There are good schools nearby, and the neighbourhood is clean and neat. Ola, Uber, and auto are all readily available.

There are a few problems about this neighbourhood that I despise, such as regular traffic jams, a lack of enough parking spaces, and high pollution levels. Because there is no nighttime patrolling, recent crimes have also been reported.

. However, after making my reservation, I've discovered a number of inconsistencies: 

• They promised a 3.5-acre park. However, there was one road between the venture and the park that actually belonged to the government. However, initially, they said that the road belonged to Urbanrise, but now they are claiming it to be a government property

• Car parking is a significant topic, and how they will adjust between A, B, and C blocks is a million-dollar question

• They are adding two more stories with the same amenities, resulting in a 20% increase in the number of people. My question is how a RERA-approved project can make any changes or modifications to the sanctioned plan

• The construction of the B and C blocks has still not begun
