Urbanrise World of Joy construction status is under construction. However, I have seen that the making of most of the amenities like 1Lakh+ sq. ft clubhouse, landscaped gardens, gymnasium, multiple swimming pools, recreation rooms, outdoor sports courts, children’s play area, the genius learning hub, zen gardens, world-class podium gardens, multipurpose party hall, here is in full swing. It is a great project in terms of all the facilities that it is offering.
The Urbanrise World of Joy possession date is December 2026 onwards. But I was looking for an earlier possession date so I also checked out
Aspire Spaces Ameya, Miyapur, Hyderabadand
Urbanrise Spring is in the Air, Ameenpur, Hyderabad.
They are also great projects and you can surely invest here.

Urbanrise The World of Joy Miyapur is a project launched in Miyapur, Ameenpur, Hyderabad. I was really impressed with the pricing and the location of this project that is why I booked a flat here. I booked an apartment at a very good price and the salesperson was so friendly. It is conveniently located on OMR away from the city. Perfect for people working in IT companies, hospitals or colleges in the area.

My experience with Urbanrise the World of Joy has not been pleasant at all. These guys are running a scam. The area around is full of industries and polluted air and water. I would not suggest you to trust their marketing gimmicks.
I will share my experience here. I cancelled my booking in August but there has been no sign of a refund. They might produce documents that say industries will go away but it won't happen. You can check out more Urbanrise World of Joy reviews to validate what I am saying.
