What are the reviews of Vaibhav Paradise Santa Cruz East Mumbai?

A cousin of mine wanted to move houses from Borivali  to Andheri as his daughter was admitted into MES Urdu High School. He checked out a few properties and while doing so he ended up looking at Vaibhav Paradise.  The school was just 4.4 km from the property.

He went to the project and asked about Vaibhav Paradise unit size. He got to know that there were only 1 and 2 BHK apartments available. The 1 BHK apartment measured 737 sq ft. Whereas the 2 BHK apartment had a carpet area of 780 sq ft.

While he looked at the interiors, he found vitrified tiles were used all over the flat. Aluminium Sliding Windows were fitted. A granite platform had been installed in every kitchen. He liked the interiors. Since his son would have a fast commute to school he selected this property.

My uncle was on the lookout for properties in Mumbai. After an arduous search, he was asked to go and see Vaibhav Paradise. After getting to the project venue. He posed a few queries regarding its Rera Number.

The manager there was not fully sure of the details. He told him to have a look at the amenities but he found that they were limited. There was a gym, jogging track, clubhouse and power backup facility.

My uncle asked about Vaibhav Paradise Possession Date. The manager said the project was completed in 2014 and the flats were ready to use. My uncle decided to take some more time before committing to the project.

After earning a huge sum of money, I wanted to park a part of it in the real-estate market in Mumbai. Then started a property search that went on for quiet a while. During this exercise, I could not find one that met my liking.

After a few days I heard a lot about several Vaibhav Paradise Reviews.  So I felt taking a look at the project would be a good option.

Vaibhav Paradise location is at 1st Main Rd, Aram Society Road Santa Cruz, Mumbai The first thing I did was scan the area around to become aware of the surroundings. There was bus, Metro and Train connectivity. There were two hospitals within a 4km radius. Many supermarkets were found within a 4 km radius. The surrounding area was top notch.
