What really built credibility in us was the builder’s prestigious reputation and work in the past 25 years of legacy. Vaishnavi Group has developed and delivered over 40 residential and commercial projects. They have also won a lot of awards and recognitions in the past decades. 

I have booked an apartment in this project mainly because of the builder’s reputation or the Vaishnavi builders review. I have done due diligence by going through the builder’s review before booking an apartment here. I discovered that the goal of Vaishnavi Infrastructure Private Limited is to create distinctive residences that meet the needs of urban Indians. Their projects are developed employing cutting-edge building techniques and design thinking. With one project in Mysore, the developer's residential offers are mostly concentrated in Bangalore.

After visiting this project I enquired from the CRM what is the features of Vaishnavi Serene, to this I got to know that there are a myriad features of Vaishnavi Serene,starting from an Amphitheatre, to a Banquet Hall, Basketball Court, Convenience Store, Covered Car Parking, Cricket Court, Gym , and so on. I visited the Vaishnavi Serene project a few months back. One can easily reach out at Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560064, which is the Vaishnavi Serene Yelahanka location. Namma Metro's next phase and an 8-lane ring road are located within the neighborhood.

The Vaishnavi Serene price seemed reasonable considering all the amazing amenities it offers. The prices of the apartments here start from ₹45.57 lakhs. However, some flat owners told me about Vaishnavi Serene latest news related to the water scarcity issue. There’s no water in borewells and they see at least 5-6 water tankers daily. The builder is saying that he is working on getting the Kaveri water line but the flat owners told me that it’ll be there only in the kitchen with a limited daily supply. Hygiene and safety are also big issues here.

Thank god I didn’t buy an apartment here. I suggest you read all the Vaishnavi Serene reviews before investing in it.

My friend lives in an apartment in Vaishnavi Serene and I’ve visited his home a few times, so I can share my Vaishnavi Serene reviews. The Vaishnavi Serene location is very beautiful as it is close to nature and far from traffic. However, one thing that I absolutely dislike about this project is that it has become a second home for dogs. It has become very dangerous for my friend to take his kids outside to play in the play area. The residents have filed a complaint about this issue to the builder but no action has been taken so far, so keep this issue in mind before investing in a flat of this project.

Renowned IT Park North Gate Office Park is only 7.6 km away. Nagarjuna Pre University College, BMS Institute of Technology are some of the well known colleges which is only 15 mins away.
