I also came across Valley Shilp through a friend. Since the project was completed in 2014, flats are ready to move in. I am relieved from a legal perspective since it is a government project, and there is no chance of fraud. I have consulted with my lawyer as well, he said he knows how CIDCO transfer works.

I am particularly planning to move here since this project is reasonable comparatively, it offers great amenities and is less likely to have any faults. There are multiple sports courts and the gym would fulfil my needs. I have decided to invest here.

My friend Avantika has a small restaurant in Kharghar, Mumbai. She has been looking for a property to invest for a while in the area. While doing so she came across Valley Shilp reviews which is backed by CIDCO.

She found that this property was just five minutes away from the restaurant so the Valley Shilp location is ideal for her. When I asked her about connectivity, she mentioned there were five bus stops and metro stations which were nearby. She has an ailing mother so she wanted a property which is close to hospitals as well. Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital and Om Navjeevan Hospital were a short distance away.

I accompanied her to look at the property and it was decent given the building is 10 years old. She decided to pay the booking amount for the property. I believe she will be moving here in the next couple of months.

My Mother and I wanted to park some funds in properties in Mumbai. A relative who lives in Valley Shilp informed me that a property was up for sale there. I asked him about Valley Shilp unit configurations. He said there are 2 and 3 BHK flats in this project. The price band is between Rs. 95 lakh to Rs. 1.09 crore.

A 2 BHK house would suit our needs. We had a budget of Rs. 1.15 crore and we cracked a deal. I think it will give us a good rental yield as well. If you are considering, do check out this project once.
