What are the Reviews of Vandana Flora HSR Layout Bangalore?

My friend wanted to invest in a 2 BHK property in Bangalore and live there permanently. Since his new workplace was in HSR Layout, he was interested in having his house there. When he researched a few projects, he came across Vandana Flora and visited the project.

Since he had a budget of 1 Crore, he decided to take a 3 BHK flat starting from Rs 80.86 Lakh onwards. It fit well within his means and he felt he got a good deal.

While looking for properties, I came across the Vandana Flora project and found it quite impressive. After skimming through it, I was very satisfied and decided to call the sales team for details. However certain aspects needed clarification hence I visited the project myself.

• The Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta and Fortis Hospital are within 7.2 km

• The Silk Board bus stand is around 2.3 km from the project 

• The PVR Koramangala is around 4.3 km from here

• The Gopalan Innovation Mall is within 5.5 km

• The Star Bazaar is just 600mt away

I was very impressed with the connectivity and the overall look of the area. HSR Layout has seen a lot of development over the years which will help in land appreciation. I have therefore decided to invest here and highly recommend others as well to do the same.
