What are the Reviews of Vasavi Skyla, Kondapur, Hyderabad?

Apart from other amenities, you will be able to use the Cricket Pitch, Skating Rink, and Basketball Court on this property. Fire Sprinklers are also installed on the site. These features make this project completely desirable. When I researched this project, I discovered that Vasavi Skyla is a popular place to buy and rent a home because of its proximity to HITEC City, a major IT cluster in the region. I'm looking forward to the completion of this project.

It's a housing development. Apartments in this area offer a superb mix of modern conveniences, creating a pleasant living environment.

This project complies with RERA. The project configuration for a 3 BHK flat is roughly 2100-3600 sq.ft.

All the units of this project have spacious balconies. I was informed that the possession will start from November 2027. I am very excited to be a part of the Vasavi family.

I was considering purchasing an apartment in the Vasavi Skyla development. However, several locational issues are bothering me;

• Raghavendra Colony, Marthanda Nagar, and Jagruthi Colony have severe water shortages during the summer

• Congestion are caused by erratic parking near Tech Mainstay in Kondapur on a major main route

• In Kondapur, there are frequent power outages that last for many hours

• Due to a water deficit, over 60 tankers a day deliver water to various gated communities in Kondapur

• Potholes and a lack of street lighting cause enormous traffic backups on the road connecting the Botanical Garden and Kondapur

I'm still stuck in a bind. I'm not sure if I should book or not. I would be grateful if anyone could give their thoughts.
