My father visited this property 4 times until now, so let me share his Vaswani Menlo Park review here. He said the 220KV high tension line is the one item that isn't good. When he first started looking for a property there, he assumed the distance between the apartment and the HT line was enough. He nearly decided to buy a flat here. But then he used a flux metre to inspect the apartment on the day of the reservation. He observed that the magnetic field was at a dangerously high level.

Let me share my Vaswani Menlo Park review because I have visited this property. I think the project is excellent but the price is too much. The kitchens are incredibly small. The washing machine connection is located under the sink in a two-bedroom home. And I think the washing machine cannot be stored since the area is too small. After purchasing the apartment for a crore, you will need more money to upgrade it for better use. So I will be skipping on this property.

One of my friends who is a real estate agent showed me this property ad. So we visited the property office the very next day. We saw that they offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments with prices starting from Rs.1.10 Crores. At first glance, the property seemed quite luxurious and full of greenery. What I liked the most is that it has an effective open area between the buildings. From what I have seen, it seemed promising to me.
