I am a resident of this project and in this Venkat residency review, I would like to suggest locational factors which I consider worth mentioning. It is a great place that is quiet and well-kept. There are numerous stores, pubs, restaurants, party venues, etc. We usually have a great time in this location because it has a lot of trees and a green environment. It is one of the nicest places to stay in Bangalore and is also very quiet, hygienic, and clean. There aren't many things to be disappointed about in this area, but now and then, there are power outages that last a maximum of two hours. The HSR layout is excellent overall, with the exception of the price, which is very high and there are only large outlets nearby, which makes it very challenging.

Hi Buddy,
My office is in Novel tech park which is 3.1 km from Venkat residency, hence I was planning to buy an apartment in this project. Accordingly, I visited this project last weekend and discovered that this project is not registered under RERA. Also, there is no covered car parking facility provided to the residents. There is a differential pricing of apartments based on the floor orientation. I would like to gain some more information about the project. I am a bit sceptical about investing in this project.
