What are the Reviews of Venkatesh Laurel Shivaji Nagar Pune?

Venkatesh Laurel possession date is March 2028. While making a site visit my cousin was also informed about the project amenities. He said that the project will have multiple sports courts. Venkatesh Laurel will have a separate children’s play area, a jogging track and a well-equipped gym. Apart from this, there is a clubhouse, a community hall, and a common garden for the residents’ use. The flats are all vastu compliant. I asked if the project is RERA approved to which he said Venkatesh Laurel RERA number is P52100055058. I think if you have kids and are looking for a safe and lively environment for them to be in, this project would be a good option.

While looking for properties, I came across many Venkatesh Laurel Reviews. Venkatesh Laurel is located near Oyster & Pearl Hospitals, Ganeshkhind Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. This project is an upcoming project by Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Private Ltd.

While reading the reviews I also got to know about the connectivity hotspots around the project:

• Fergusson College and Modern College of Arts Science and Commerce are located close to the project.

• ONP Leela Hospital and JM Diagnostic Centre are only 1.5 km away.

• Shopping Hotspots like Reliance Trends and Aundh Market are not too far away.

• IT Hubs like ICC Trade Tower and many others are only within some distance from this project.

• Local Food outlets like Aalok and Surabhi come within a 2km radius.

I think with the kind of neighbourhood it has, you can consider Venkatesh Laurel for investment.

There are three 2BHK configurations available along with 3BHK flats of 1778 sq ft. configuration.

Looking at the project amenities and connection points. I feel that I will buy a flat here in four years. The land value has great scope for appreciation and it has easy access to Pune’s hotspots. This is my review of the project, if you have any other pointers please let me know.
