Bandra Railway Station,
Jio World Garden, etc.,
These are located within a kilometer of the project. Other establishments within 3-4 km of the property are
SL Raheja Hospital,
Grand Hyatt,
Bandra-Worli sea link,
American School of Bombay, .

Hi, I was looking to purchase a 3BHK, and a friend suggested that I check the Adani Ten BKC property. Before going to check the property, I went through some Adani Realty 10 BKC reviews.
When I visited the property, the person who showed me around told me that they have various amenities, such as a swimming pool, Gym, Spa/Steam/Sauna, etc., which I was very interested in. But the price seemed a bit over the top, as the 3BHK price stated by the person and on their brochure is ₹6.49 crores. So, I asked him about the Adani Realty 10 BKC 2 BHK price, and to my surprise, he said they didn’t have any, and they only offer 3BHK, 3BHK Luxe, 4 BHK & 5 BHK.

When I visited the property, the construction was almost complete, and they had already started working on plastering the inside. The person who was telling me about the property informed me that the possession would be in June 2024. He also told me that the project is RERA-approved and that the RERA ID is P51800004889. Since I was interested in a 3 BHK, I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted. I loved the layout of one of the 3 BHKs and have already booked it. The only thing I was skeptical about was that there was no exact Adani Realty 10 BKC completion date.
