I am sharing my Riddhis Taranto reviews here with you all. My father and I visited this project last week to buy a 2 BHK apartment. I always wanted to invest in the real estate industry of Hyderabad. I loved this project because of its location, premium amenities, and spacious flats. I am interested in investing in this project. I discovered that the project is a RERA-registered one and the Riddhis Taranto RERA ID is P01100007133. 

I received the Riddhis Taranto price list from their sales team and trust me you won’t find such an affordable project in Patighanpur, Hyderabad. If you have visited this project, please share your thoughts here.

A few months ago I was searching for 2 BHK or 2.5 BHK flat near Patancheruvu, Hyderabad. My best buddy recommended this project and shared the exact Riddhis Taranto address. I went to the location and I loved the locality. I am writing this Riddhis Taranto reviews to highlight the locational advantages of this project.

I consider that the project is located in a strategic location. The Patancheru Bus Terminal bus stop is within a distance of 10 minutes, Patancheru and Bhel Halt train stations are within a distance of 15-18 minutes, and Radiant Hospital is within a distance of 11 minutes. I finally purchased a 2 BHK flat of 1304 sq ft and the Riddhis Taranto 2 BHK price for me was Rs 67.81 Lakhs. Overall I am happy with this project.

The Riddhis Taranto project was close to my office, so I went there to make plans to move in and buy a three-bedroom flat. It was under construction. When I asked about the Riddhis Taranto 3 BHK price to the sales team, they told me that it starts at Rs 94.74 lakhs for an 1822 sq ft flat. That was fine for me, but the main issue was its possession date. The sales team clearly mentioned that the Riddhis Taranto possession date is in July 2028. Also, I am not going to get flat before that. Hence, I visited other projects in the same locality like Incor Lake City or Infocity County . I finally booked a flat in the latter one.
