It is located near Magathane Metro Station, off the Western Express Highway, Borivali East and has entertainment and recreation areas, hospitals, educational institutions, and everything in its proximity. I found that the
Carnival Cinemas is situated at a walkable distance, about 500m away
The Evershine Dream Park is also within a km
The Inox, Growels, and PVR are all within 2 km
The Seven Star Multi-speciality Hospital and Surbhi Life Care Hospital are within a km.
Children's Academy School is within 750 m
The Cambridge School and Chatrabhuj Narsee School are within 1.4 km
Location-wise, this project suits our needs, but yes, the price is a bit high, so we will visit a few more projects and then come to a conclusion.

My husband and I want to have a property soon in Borivali East, so after going through a few Rivali Park Moonrise reviews online, we finally visited it in August. The project is currently in its early stages of construction, so we weren’t able to know all the precise details about it, but here are some major aspects that we learned about it from the sales team:
This project will have only 2 and 3 BHK properties for sale, and the Rivali Park Moonrise price will start from Rs 1.97 crores.
About 2 acres of land will be left to craft the central landscaped courtyard.
The project’s total area is around 6 acres.
700 units will be available for sale here.
The project seems promising, and based on its current speed, it seems that within a couple of years, demo flats will be available to get an idea about the properties here. Since we also need to save money, we are planning to wait at least 2-3 years more and revisit it again. I will suggest you do the same.

Rivali Park Moonrise is one of the most lavish projects I have ever seen in my life. The property sizes are also huge, so we are planning to invest in a 3 BHK here. The areas of 2 BHK and 3 BHK properties here start from 826 sq ft and 1,105 sq ft, respectively.
The best part is that the Rivali Park Moonrise RERA number has also been assigned, so at least you do not need to worry about any legal dispute here. There is time to check out this project and take your call. The Rivali Park Moonrise possession date is set for June 2030, so I will suggest that just like me, you wait a couple of years more before making a final call.
