We hired RK Packers & Movers for our office shifting, and while some things went well, there were several hiccups along the way. The good part is that they arrived on time and seemed experienced in handling office equipment. The packing of our computers and office desks was done carefully, and they used good-quality packing materials.
However, once we arrived at the new location, a couple of chairs and a desk had minor damage. The staff tried to reassure me that their insurance would cover it, but the process felt too complicated, and I didn’t bother pursuing it. Another downside was their pricing. While we agreed on a certain rate initially, I felt like there were too many extra charges that popped up later. It left me feeling like the service was overpriced.
While the service wasn’t terrible, I expected more for the price I paid.

I chose RK Packers & Movers for my house shifting within Chennai. The staff was polite, and the packing seemed decent, but things went downhill quickly. First, they arrived late, which delayed my entire day. When they began the move, I noticed they weren't very careful with my furniture. A couple of items got chipped, and I even found a few scratches on my TV stand.
Another issue was their disorganised approach. They didn’t label the boxes properly, making it hard for me to figure out where my things were when I unpacked. To make matters worse, they charged me extra for materials, like bubble wrap, even though I thought it was included in the original quote. I wouldn’t use their service again.

I recently used RK Packers & Movers for my car transportation. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. While the initial quote they provided seemed reasonable, there were hidden charges that I wasn’t informed about until the last minute. That left me frustrated, as I had already budgeted for the move.
The major issue was the delay. They promised the car would be delivered in 3 days, but it took over a week. I had to keep following up to get updates, which made the process more stressful. On top of that, the car arrived with some scratches. Though they assured me they would handle the insurance claim for the damage, I’m still waiting for any proper resolution weeks later.
