What are the RNA Royale Park Reviews, Kandivali, Mumbai?

Hello there. We own a 2 BHK apartment here and I can share my RNA Royale Park review. It’s been a few months since we moved into the house and everything’s been good thus far. Located on the Mahatma Gandhi Road, Sai Nagar in Kandivali. One of the best features of having a house here is the ease of commute. You have the Borivali Nancy bus stop, Kandivali West Metro Station and the Kandivali train station near to the society. There are a lot of healthcare institutions close by, as well. Some of them include the Arihant Superspeciality Hospital and the Ashwini Ayurvedic Hospital. 

We were able to finalise the house purchase after a bit of negotiation. The RNA Royale Park 2BHK price cost us Rs. 1.8 crores. Overall, it’s a good property and you can check out the flats here.

Hey, we visited the property in July and after looking at the flat, we locked the deal. We moved in a couple of months ago and would be happy to share our experience thus far. The apartment is decently spaced and also Vastu compliant, which is something we were looking for in the house we purchased. Apart from this, there is a library, an ATM, a shopping centre and lots more in the society. The flats receive a good amount of natural light with pretty great ventilation, as well. It’d be good if you first check out the place and then make up your mind.

We went to check out the 3 BHK apartments on resale here after coming across the RNA Royale Park unit configuration. There are 2 and 3 BHK homes here across 2 acres of land area. In society, there is both bike and car parking along with gated security at all points. We were quite impressed with the amenities on offer in the property. You get a swimming pool, a gym, a rainwater harvesting plant, a hogging track and a tennis court. The society is well maintained by the maintenance staff as we could see the cleanliness around the society. Although we have yet to take a call on buying the flat, we have added it to the top of our list.
