What are the RNP Stellar 1, Kondapur, Hyderabad Reviews?

I’d like to talk about this project, which offers 3 BHK in Kondapur. I gave the project a site visit a while back and was impressed by the amenities along with spacious homes. Coming to the amenities, there is a yoga room, game room, business lounge, badminton court, coffee deck, convenience store, gym, jogging track, swimming pool, and the list goes on and on. 

There are 3 underground levels of parking with a ground floor plus 16 floors in each of the two buildings. 

Registered under RERA, the RNP Stellar 1 RERA number is P02400003165. So, we are received on the legal front with this confirmation. I also asked about the expected date of gaining possession of the house here. Theri team told me that the RNP Stellar 1 possesion date is December 2024, which works best for us as we need to gain possession by the end of this year or early next year. You should call or visit them to understand more about their offerings and make a decision.

So, I inquired about this project by RNP to find out more about the 3 BHK. These homes are quite spacious in my opinion with an area ranging between 1585 sq. ft. and 2285 sq. ft. The RNP Stellar 1 3BHK price goes up to Rs. 2 crore depending on the area of the house you buy. 

As far as the RNP Stellar 1 construction status goes, the work is in its completion stage and the project will be up for possession by the end of this year.

I find the prices to be a little high for my budget, but if you are looking for a lavish home with all the amenities, you should contact them once.

Hello, I saw you asking about the RNP Stellar 1 review and since I gave this a project, here is my take on this upcoming society. What interested me at first about this project was the location. So, I will start by sharing the RNP Stellar 1 address, which is in Spring Valley in the Kondapur area. 

I am already inclined to Kondapur as my office is in the same area, plus the area is well developed, although a bit on the expensive side. This project is a few minutes away from Outer Ring Road, Gachibowli, Hitech City, and Botanical Garden. 

Essentials like the Citizens Hospital, Apollo Hospital, and more aren’t that far too. This project has 195 units of 3 BHK flats with 2 towers of 16 floors each. The land parcel is 2 acres with a 1.5 km green area.

To put in my thoughts, I quite like the project and have been discussing it with my family to make the booking. I recommend you check out the place to get a better idea.
