Hello, I am planning to visit this project this weekend. One of my friends stays here, and she is supremely impressed with Rohan Jharoka. She said that the society is excellent & well maintained. Construction quality is very good.
The most important part is the Rohan Jharoka location, it takes only 22 mins to reach the Belandur Road bus stop from this project. Nearby renowned schools are VIBGYOR High School, Marathahalli (6.2 Km), and Orchids The International School (5.3 Km). The project also offers easy access to the tech parks like RMZ Eco space Bellandur & ITPL Whitefield. I will be able to add on a few more info after my visit here.

She liked this project, and was saying that this is one of the best apartment complexes in Bangalore that features an amazing view of the HAL airport and frequent military aircraft, which is entertaining for kids. She liked the building design and the amount of greenery within Rohan Jharoka. We are planning to book an apartment here. The starting Rohan Jharoka price is around Rs. 2 Cr.

Hi, My sister stays in a 3 BHK apartment here. I recently visited her, and liked this project. This Rohan Jharoka review is based on my recent visit. This is one of the most popular projects in Bellandur, Bangalore. It features excellent amenities, like, the presence of swimming pool, security, intercom, visitor parking, intercom, maintenance staff, and so on. Overall, the apartment is decent. My sister also said that electricity and water are rarely a problem here.
