The Rohan Saroha reviews we went through were a mix of good and bad. However, we were quite interested in the flats here, as the location of Bhugaon is one of the preferable ones for us. Luckily, we liked the 3 BHK and have planned to buy it. There are close to 600 apartments here across 5.8 acres of total land area. 


Coming back to the Rohan Saroha address, Bhugaon is an excellent area with the project being built close to important social infrastructure. You have the Asian Speciality Hospital and Chellaram Hospital within 5 km, while offices like Lohia Jain IT Park are 6 km from here. In all, you can keep this as an option for a home, if you are looking for a 2, 3 or a 4 BHK property in Pune.

Hello. We recently saw a 2 BHK apartment in Rohan Saroha and I am sharing my opinion here. One feature that we all were happy with was the flat area and floor plan. The 2 BHK has a carpet area of 782 sq. ft., which is decent. The rooms are adjacently placed, with an open kitchen in front of one room. So, you get an excellent area for the dining space with scope to customise later. The balcony and utility area are also okayish in terms of space, with 52 sq. ft. and 30 sq. ft. in area respectively.



Overall, the project has a pleasant mix of essentials and facilities. It has also gained RERA approval, with the Rohan Saroha RERA number being P52100076652. 


We were keen to buy a flat in Pune and finally found one in this project after visiting the place a few weeks back. The project has 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats with 2 buildings of 15 and 16 floors each. Although we haven’t been able to get a clear idea of the Rohan Saroha price thus far, we do like the offerings as a whole. There are several restaurants, hotels and other infrastructure close by. The 4 BHK we checked was pretty big, with a carpet area of 1383 sq. ft. with three bedrooms on one side and the master bedroom on the other side. 


The Rohan Saroha possession date is one thing which doesn’t suit us, as it is scheduled for September 2028, which would be a bit late for us. So, we are considering other options as well.
