The property is beautiful. I liked the society and the house interiors. The seller has maintained the place well and we are going to buy the apartment soon. A lot of healthcare facilities fall close by. Hope Hospital is just 400m away while the Sri Krishna Hospital is 600m away. The Forum Value Mall and Phoenix Marketcity are 6 km from the society. Another good thing is that the flats are built as per Vastu and there’s power backup in case of an outage.

I am sharing my Rohan Vasantha review here. It’s a gated society on the Marathahalli Bridge Service Road in the Spice Garden Layout in AECS Layout, Marathahalli. I visited the place with my father a few days ago and we came back with a positive opinion of the flats. There are a lot of features like a big swimming pool, a library, an amphitheatre, a rainwater harvesting plant, visitor’s parking and a tennis court. If you are in search of a home in Marathahalli, this can be a good pick.
