My family and I shifted to Navallur in Chennai last year and we booked Royal packers and movers to help us with the relocation. Their rates are reasonable and affordable which is why we went ahead with them. But their services are not up to the standard. We had around 5-6 boxes and there were a lot of delicate items like crockery sets. We paid an additional amount for safe handling as well but one of the plates was found broken. I recently opted for their service to shift my four wheeler to my uncle’s place in Nungambakkam. They professionally handled everything and the car reached his place within a week, as promised. I liked their professionalism and punctuality throughout. I just have one complaint. They should give some tracking ID after shipment which I didn’t know at that time but heard from a friend that packers and movers usually provide shipment details and regular updates on the shipment which we didn’t receive.
