What are the Royal Palms Reviews Goregaon, Mumbai?

The Royal Palms is located just near my house and my neighbour, who purchased a property here seems happy living here. She purchased a 2 BHK here for around Rs 1.4 crore and mentioned that

• This project was launched in 2013

• It has around 160 units

• The price of the apartments here are between Rs 3,800 and Rs 50,000

It also enjoys great connectivity like:

• The airport is just 30 mins from here

• The Oberoi International School is 20 minutes from here

•  Vishwa Kripa Hospital, Radha Krishna Hospital, Vedant Hospital and others are located just 30 minutes away

There are several other schools, colleges, hospitals and others located in its vicinity hence it is a great option for investment. You can go through other Royal Palms reviews online for more details. 

Not sure about the exact Royal Palms price list but I learned during my visit that the properties here start from around Rs 22 lakhs for studio apartments. Here is the floorplan that the sales team shared:

Here are some aspects I learned at that time about this project:

• The maintenance charge here is around Rs 8.2 per sq ft per month

• The apartments here are unfurnished

• All the properties do not face the same direction

• Parking area is available

• It is not a gated society

There are several properties available here so if you want more options, visit it. I will rate this project 4/ 5.

To be honest I haven’t heard any negative Royal Palms reviews hence I decided to invest in here. I purchased 2 BHK here and I am happy with the location. This project is located in the  Aarey Colony, Goregaon East. This is the precise Royal Palms location, within a km from the police station.
