I think Adarsh Parkland offers excellent value for the money. The apartments are practical and well-built. I live very close to Panathur Main Road, so I know that the neighbourhood is also well-connected, making transportation simple.
There are many schools, hospitals, IT hubs, and other amenities close to the project. And the best part is the Adarsh Parkland price list. The prices start at around Rs. 67 lacs here. I am not sure what is Adarsh Parkland 1 BHK price or Adarsh Parkland 2 BHK price, but I know that the carpet area of the flats ranges between 635 - 1020 sq. ft.
I think the price is great for the area that they are offering.

I am not very sure of the location of Adarsh Parkland. The project is located near the Panathur Main Road and the roads leading to the project are not in good condition. I have heard that the railway road will eventually close, necessitating a sharp U-turn to catch ORR.
Although the project is RERA-approved, the sales team told us that the
Adarsh Parkland possession date is
December 2027. However, I am not sure if the project will be completed by them.
Adarsh Parkland RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/110823/006145.
I also felt that they were quoting an extremely expensive price. There are many other projects in the area like

I will give you very honest Adarsh Parkland reviews. Before you invest in this project, you should know that the state of the traffic in this area is terrible. Even though Adarsh Parkland location is good and is close to ORR, commutes are difficult for many individuals every day.
I will tell you a few locational benefits of the project.
VIBGYOR High School Marathahalli is just 8 mins
New Horizon College Of Engineering is just 10 mins
RMZ Eco Space is 15 mins
Manipal Hospital Sarjapur Road is only 17 mins
ITPL Whitefield is 30 mins
But you should not just get fascinated by this because rain makes the situation worse since it causes water logging, which makes it impossible to travel the road to ORR. The Adarsh Parkland completion date is expected to be around December 2027.
