Hey friend,

I don't know much about pagdi building but according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), non cessed pagdi buildings in Mumbai can be redeveloped with the consent of 51 per cent of the apartment owners.

The tenants living in non-cessed pagi  buildings before June 13, 1996, shall be eligible to get new flats after the redevelopment of the building.
