What are the Runwal Greens Mulund West Mumbai Reviews?

My colleague wanted to invest in properties in Mumbai. He asked me to share some good properties in Mulund West. Since I stay near Nahur West, Industrial Area, Mulund West, I heard a lot about Runwal Greens. . I went to the project location to get the complete details. After that, I shared my Runwal Greens review with him. When he learnt about the project location, amenities and Runwal Greens unit configuration, he decided to take a look. 

He recently went to the Runwal Greens location and liked the overall look of the project. He decided to take the 3 BHK flat. The minimum price was 1.8 crore. He got the flat for 2.1 crore which was within his budget. He felt happy about the purchase.

My wife had heard of Runwal Greens. She had some time off and wanted to see the project immediately. After hearing her Runwal Greens review, I decided to first find out the details before going to the location. Since I was unsure of the project’s legal position, I decided to clarify it.

I had a conversation with the sales manager on the phone and found that Runwal Greens RERA Number is P51800000271. I then asked about the Runwal Greens Possession Date, the manager said flats are already completed. He also shared the brochure with me and I checked the amenities.

Since I found the amenities to be limited, I decided to take some more time before thinking of investing in the project. I wanted to look at more choices before making a final decision.

While looking for a property, I happen to see many Runwal Greens Reviews online. The reviews indicated good things about the project so I decided to visit it. Runwal Greens location is at Mulund West in Mumbai.

While checking the surrounding area, I found five bus stations present in a 3km radius. A search for hospitals led me to Life Care Medical Systems which was 1.3 kilometres away. The Powai Lake was close to the area and it had a lot of green cover.

Vinod Vegetable and Ramesh Supermarket were close by. The area was appealing in all aspects. I thought about it and decided to buy a 3BHK property here by next week.
