Hi, I am writing this Ruparel Ariana review as I recently accompanied my brother to this project. I was in complete awe to notice this 73 storeyed tower project.
The project offers luxurious 2 and 3 BHK apartments, air-conditioned entry lobby with manned security surveillance and CCTV running around the clock, seven level car park, two basements, and an automated parking tower.
We were also impressed with the unique amenities like the presence of a fitness centre, mini theatre, squash court. Overall, we like this project and my brother is planning to invest in a 2 BHK here.
