• Bangur Nagar Police Chowkey bus stop is just 2.1 km

• Goregaon train station is also 2.8 km

• Ram Mandir train station is also only 4.4 km

• The place is also strategic as it is nearby hospitals like Madhavbaug Sane Care Clinic (4.0 km), Ayushakti Ayurved Health Centre (3.5 km). Also, renowned schools are VIBGYOR High School, Goregaon (2.3 km), and Oberoi International School (4.5 km)

It is because of these locational advantages my dad is willing to invest in a 2 BHK apartment here.

Hi, I recently accompanied my sister to this project. On enquiring with the sales team about the Rustomjee Elanza unit configuration, we were informed that there are 2 BHK apartments available. Also, the Rustomjee Elanza unit size of a 2 BHK ranges from 825 sq. ft. to 1305 sq. ft. All the apartments are Vastu compliant and the project also offers decent amenities like, gym, security, intercom, children's play area, visitor parking, internet services, rain water harvesting, maintenance staff, power backup.

Overall, we like this project and my sister is planning to invest in a 2 BHK here. 

Hello, This Rustomjee Elanza review is based on my recent visit to this project. This spreads across 1 acre, and has 3 majestic towers with 32 stories each, and a total of 432 units. What we really liked about this project is that every aspect of Rustomjee Elanza has been planned in a meticulous way. Also, the sales team informed us that the Rustomjee Elanza price ranges from Rs. 2.94 Cr. - Rs. 3.46 Cr. Overall, the project is very good, and we are planning to book a unit here.
