What are the Rutu Enclave Reviews, Thane, Maharashtra?

When I was looking to invest in this project, one of the most significant advantages I saw was the Rutu Enclave location. A lot of amenities are available very close by to this property, which is very convenient. 

• Bus stands like Anand Nagar and Hill Garden are in close proximity, as well as train stations like Kharbhav. 

• There are hospitals such as the Metropol Multispeciality hospital and Dhanwantari Multi speciality hospital nearby. 

• Schools like Sri Ma Vidya, Alpha Academy and Little Angel’s School are all pretty near to the property, so we don’t have to waste our time communicating.

The Rutu Enclave price is around Rs. 75 Lakhs, which I found pretty reasonable given all the amenities and locational advantages. Apart from all these benefits, when I asked the salesperson about the Rutu Enclave possession date, he said it was in January 2002. As I was looking for ready to move in flat, this made me want to invest in this project.

When I visited the Rutu Enclave location a few months ago with a colleague of mine, their amenities really impressed me. There was an intercom facility that helps you communicate with the guards at the gate if there’s any delivery or visitor. Apart from this, this project offered a jogging track for runners like me, and a gym for people who like doing cardio like my wife. There was also a swimming pool to relax on hot summer days, which I really liked. Their houses are also built in a vastu compliant manner.

Another amazing thing was their commitment to sustainability as there is a waste treatment plant on the premises, which is a good initiative as I am an environmental enthusiast. They also have a rainwater harvesting system set in place. Overall, I will rate Rutu Enclave amenities 4 on 5.

My friend, who lives here, shared with me his Rutu Enclave reviews when I was looking for properties in Thane to invest in. He told me that here the unit configuration is 1 BHK and 2 BHK houses, and the society has 690 units in total. My friend told me to invest in this property because aside from amenities and other advantages, it is built by a reputed and certified group of builders, Rutu Group. He told me about their world class infrastructure and how their construction work strictly follows eco-friendly living. This made me want to invest in the project even more.
