I was looking for a 3 HK property when a friend of mine told me about the Sagar Palace Project. He told me that he was going to check out the property and asked me to join him. After visiting the property, the first thing I asked was the Sagar Palace RERA Number, which they told me was TN/29/Building/072/2024.
After learning about that, I asked them about the various amenities they have, and the person I was talking to told me about them, which are a children's play area, gas pipeline, etc. Overall, I loved the property and decided to book a 3 BHK Unit with them.
