What are the Sagar Society Reviews, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad?

My cousin shared his reviews after he purchased a flat here 2 months ago. He was especially happy with the Sagar Society location because it just makes the commute so hassle-free and easy. He said:

• The train station is barely 10 minutes from this project.

• So many entertainment sources like Paradise E Square, G7 Multiplex & RNA Cinemax are all nearby so he doesn’t have to worry about the traffic. 

• Well known educational institutions like People's Welfare Society's High School, Bali Guitar Academy and Nabar Guruji School are close, which is convenient for his kids as well. 

• For emergencies, places like Anjali Mukerjee Health Total, Sai Hospital are also nearby for a quick treatment. 

My cousin really appreciated all these location advantages. I also got interested in this after hearing his reviews. I am planning to visit there this weekend and then make a decision, as I am also looking for a 3BHK in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Sharing my Sagar Society reviews here. I found their amenities to be really appealing when I was looking to invest in a flat there. My son loves to play tennis, and it is really convenient that they have a tennis court in the society. 

• There is also an ATM and a good reliable power back-up for when there is no electricity, which is good for when I work from home. 

• There is also a gym and the houses are vastu compliant which gave my wife some peace of mind. 

• My daughter loves that there is a swimming pool where she can play during summers.

All these amenities made Sagar Society quite an impressive option for investment.

When I visited the Sagar Society location a few weeks ago with my relatives, I was impressed by the spacious 3 BHK apartments that the society offered. The units are all typically around 1,800 to 2,200 sq. ft. I found it a perfect size for families, providing ample room for comfortable living. Also, I liked the location along with their amenities. One thing that bothered me was its pricing.

The Sagar Society price seemed a little expensive at first, ranging from Rs. 3.25 crore to Rs. 5 crore, but I realised that with all the amenities offered by the society, the price is quite justifiable. I also found out that they are one of the best societies in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, which piqued my interest. So, I finally booked a flat here.
