The Sagar Valley project looked quite attractive to me. I came across their project last week after a friend of mine told me that he had booked a 2 BHK unit with them. I checked their website and learned about their location, following which I visited the site.
After visiting the site, I learned about the various amenities they are providing and also the Sagar Valley unit size. The executive present there also told me about a few key locations. Though everything was great, I didn’t proceed with that as I didn't like the placement of the available apartments. However, I visited another project called
Sagar Palaceand bought a 3 BHK unit from them.

I recently bought a property in the project Sagar Valley. One of the biggest reasons for me to purchase this property is due to my office being closer to it. The starting Sagar Valley 2BHK and 3BHK price is Rs. 75.52 Lakhs, but since I booked a 3BHK unit, I had an amount close to 1 Crore.

While returning from the office last week, I came across a Sagar Valley ad. As I was already interested in purchasing a property, I reached home and researched about the project. The first thing I did was check a few Sagar Valley review. From the reviews, I learned about the Sagar Valley location, which was near Babaji Vidyashram Senior Secondary School, Model School Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai.
I decided to visit the property, and after going there, I asked about the Sagar Valley RERA number and possession date. An executive informed me that the RERA number was TN/29/Building/446/2023, and possession would start from September 2025. Since the possession date was quite close, I decided to purchase a 2 BHK unit.
