What are the Sahyadri Tower, Malad East, Mumbai Reviews?

I asked about the Sahyadri Tower unit size before checking out this property a few months back. The contact person told me that 3 BHKs are available for resale and that is when I went on site.

It is a gated community with a good security system. You have a good path to walk around, which is spacious enough for your morning and evening strolls.

Bus stops like the J. Arun Kumar Vaidh Marg and the Malad Railway Station are close by. The Oberoi International School and VIBGYOR School are 3-4 km away, which would help our children travel easily. Overall, I feel this is a good property and you can consider it.

My partner and I visited this property to inquire about a 3 BHK which was up for sale. Since we were looking for a similar property in Mumbai, this was the ideal opportunity for us to buy a house.  Our first impression of this property was good. The society has a decent space to park vehicles. 

The maintenance staff was there to keep the place uptight and there were quite a lot of amenities too in Sahyadri Tower. There was a gym, a children’s play area, a swimming pool, a rain water harvesting plant, an aerobics room, a jogging path and more. We finally booked a 3 BHK flat here. Hi, I recently purchased a 3 BHK flat in Sahyadri Tower from its previous owner and can share my Sahyadri Tower review with you. This is a popular society in Malad East in the Upper Govind Nagar and the locality is something which urged me to finalise the house purchase. 

The Sahyadri Tower location has the Malad Railway Station 1.5 km away while Sai Kriya Hospital is not even a kilometre away. The Oberoi and Inorbit Mall are 2-3 km far, which also makes it convenient to go and have a good time near the property.

I am quite happy with the purchase and would recommend you check out this property first and see if you like it too.
